As an international standard, ISO 45001 crosses geographic, political, economic, commercial and social boundaries. This sets a single benchmark for the management of occupational health and safety. ISO 45001 allows Mechanica to operate/trade internationally, working to a single standard which can simplify Mechanica’s business. ISO 45001 supersedes the previous ISO 18001 standard. At Mechanica, our chosen certification body is the British Assessment Bureau.
