MCC’s, Panels & Drives
Mechanica Utilities Ltd offer a design, build, installation, testing and commissioning service on Motor Control Centre’s (MCC’s) and control panels.
Utilising client specification, or our in-house bespoke design team, Mechanica Electrical Engineers build a wide variety of MCC’s and bespoke panels for all industries.
Included within our MCC and control panel service is the specification, design and installation of motor starter units i.e. variable speed drives (VSD’s) and soft starts.
Other elements of this service, which can be incorporated within the MCC/panel design, build and installation are;

- Harmonics voltage distortion correction (Power factor correction)
Once built, installation is carried out by our M&E site teams, complete with fully trained engineers (CSCS / Water Hygiene / Confined Space etc) with a full suite of approved Health & Safety paperwork.
The above service includes modifications to existing MCC’s and control panels, such as installation of condition based monitoring equipment to an existing motor starter.
